Service Description

Woodfire breakfast and coffee on arrival with a brief of the day ahead, followed by a talk on deer, Uk species and shot placements. Skinning and butchering a deer carcass, breaking it down into different cuts. Venison feast for lunch with hot and cold beverages provided through the day. At the end of the course all venison meat will be split between participants to take home. This is an outdoor woodland setting so dress for the weather; you may want to bring extra upper clothing to change into at the end of the day.
